Heard with Shiba

Kenyan police investigates Dr Alex Heard- real names Richard Allen Heard- after he allegedly threatens his first wife Shiba Asha Shaban following our blockbuster story on Friday. Interpol has also been alerted.
Bad boy Alex Heard accuses Shiba of leaking his shocking marriage secret to us.

On Friday we told of how Heard married one, Shiba Asha Shaban on the July 9, 1999 at Kenya’s registrar general’s office under Entry of Marriage number 033084. The marriage was witnessed by one, Jacqueline Jakaila and Shiba’s mom, Zainabu Shaban Abdallah.

Then, Shiba was a nineteen year old student staying in Kileleshwa, a suburb of the Kenyan capital Nairobi. Heard on the other hand was an aging forty nine year old businessman based in the US. However, he went ahead and married Ugandan model Judith in 2006.

When Shiba found out about Judith, she demanded for divorce but Alex Heard doesn’t want. He has refused to sign the divorce papers.
The first signs of Heard’s cheating behaviour were witnessed in 2007. When Shiba demanded to know the change in behaviour, Heard asked for forgiveness and promised to change. He was lying. But is 2009 when Shiba couldn’t take it anymore, she demanded a divorce but he is still adamant.

We have reliably learnt Heard doesn’t want divorce because staying married to a Kenyan woman helps him easily engage in his dubious businesses since Uganda is a landlocked nation.
Now we hear Kenyan police is investigating Heard following reports that he tried to follow Shiba in Asia last year after she had told him she wanted a divorce.

A source told us: “Late last year, Heard went to Asia looking for Shiba. She refused to meet him because she had a bad feeling about the trip.” Now police is following this lead.Meanwhile, we spotted Judith and Alex in Club Rouge last Saturday but clearly something was amiss though they tried to put on brave faces.

Speaking to our snoop, Heard didn’t deny the marriage allegations. He says it is true he married Shiba in 1999 –they had an Islamic marriage, but they got a divorce deal and signed papers to annul the marriage. But apparently, the crafty Shiba and her mother hid the papers in an effort to keep a strong hold on Heard. “I gave her the money to get out of the marriage. She took the money and we signed a deal. When I married Judith I was a free man. My relationship with Shiba has been over for 7 years now,” he claimed.
